Where does Mexico export its goods?

Mexican goods are distinguished by the fact that there are many unique high-quality products among them. In addition to the above-mentioned goods, tequila, rum, cosmetics, various medicines, vitamins, textile products, seeds of varietal plants, guitars, fruits are transported to Russia from Mexico.
Mexico belongs to developing countries, therefore, if the conditions are met, the importer can exercise the right to a reduced customs duty rate. The rate of 0.75% of the base rate applies to imports of tobacco products, fruits, jewelry, carpets, wool, spices, nuts and other goods. To use the preferences for customs payments, you need the original certificate of origin of Form A, which is presented at the customs clearance of products.
- vegetable products. A phytosanitary certificate of the country of origin will be required for customs clearance. In addition, the product can be checked for quality and safety in the phytosanitary laboratory at the customs office. The manufacturer must be registered in the Rosselkhoznadzor register. The list of quarantined products is contained in the decision of the CCC dated June 18, 2010 No. 318 “On ensuring plant quarantine in the Eurasian Economic Union”;
- tobacco. Tobacco products are excisable, therefore they are cleared at posts subordinate to the excise customs. Before customs clearance, it is necessary to pay the excise duty and apply excise stamps on the packaging. Since July 1, 2020, mandatory labeling of tobacco products with dog tags has been introduced – special two-dimensional codes. To generate codes, you need to register on the Honest Sign website, fill out a questionnaire for each product, and install the necessary software;
- alcoholic beverages. In 2021, labeling of alcoholic beverages is mandatory. Moreover, the labeling with excise stamps has been abolished, but federal special stamps have been introduced. All alcoholic beverages for domestic consumption, except beer, beer drinks, cider, poiret and mead, are subject to FSM labeling. The FSM encrypts the USAIS information and contains a two-dimensional code. Registration of the FSM is carried out electronically through the Unified State Register of Legal Entities;
- jewelry. It is not issued at all customs posts. It is necessary to coordinate customs clearance with the customs in advance. If the jewelry contains precious metals or precious stones, it is disinhibited at the customs posts of the Central Excise Customs. In addition, the importer must register at the Assay Office and issue a notification of registration and an account card. The excise duty for jewelry is not paid. If precious stones and metals were not used in the manufacture of jewelry, then it can be processed at any customs post.
